How can I create custom fields in the Offline Order Importer?

To use custom fields in the Offline Order Importer app, you need to create them in BigCommerce first. Follow the instructions in the BigCommerce documentation: Editing Form Fields

The name you give the field in the BigCommerce settings needs to match the title of the column, without the “Custom:” prefix. So for example, to use the “Custom: Gift Message” field, you would need to create a field named “Gift Message”.
