Citgo Oil & Gas needed a platform to engage with educators across the country and in an effort to give back, sponsor continuing education, encouraging young minds to be good stewards of our world.

RESEARCH & PLANNING

The previous iteration of this program lacked visual interest and ease-of-use. Outdated layouts and an overwhelming use of colors made the site cumbersome and unattractive.

DESIGNING SOLUTIONS

It all starts with the user in mind. We wireframed the simplest possible course of action for educators to follow as they interacted with the content and submitted their own entries.

White Space. Lots of white space and solid colors. Minimizing the amount of content with more intuitive graphic cues concerning functionality was key for the success of this project.

The outcome

The new FuelingEducation.com website is engaging, fun and super easy to use. Teachers around the country are using the site and submitting their entries, and in the end, everyone wins. Ultimately, the group who benefits the most will be the children that sit under the well-informed tutorship of these rockstars who give their lives to educate and grow the future of our country.
