What to Expect

Your First 30 Days With Fahrenheit

The first month is onboarding, but it is filled with productive work. From the moment you sign, a structured sequence of setup, discovery, planning, and kickoff tasks gets your account set up for success. Here is exactly what happens, in order.

5

Structured phases from signature to launch handoff.

1 AM

A dedicated Account Manager owns every step of your onboarding.

Month 1

Productive onboarding that sets the foundation for the entire engagement.

The Onboarding Sequence

Five phases. One clear path to launch.

Phase 1

Welcome & Setup

From signature to project foundation

  1. Client signs the agreement.

  2. An Account Manager (AM) is assigned to the engagement.

  3. Financial Services sends the AM a signed copy of the contract.

  4. Financial Services sends a welcome email to the client.

  5. Client responds to the welcome email.

  6. Financial Services sets up projects in our project management tool.

  7. Financial Services sends the first invoice.

  8. Financial Services informs the AMs that the client has responded and the projects are set up.

Phase 2

Discovery & Planning

The AM builds the blueprint for the engagement

  1. AM listens to the recorded discovery / sales meeting.

  2. AM compiles the contract and any pertinent information in our project management tool.

  3. AM compiles a Project Plan from the SOW, contract, and discovery sales call, including marketing tasks and deliverables.

  4. Client submits the initial payment.

  5. Financial Services lets the AM know payment has been received.

  6. AM starts the access process using our Access Client onboarding tasks.

Phase 3

Kickoff & Alignment

Client and internal kickoffs get everyone aligned

  1. Client kick-off / discovery meeting is scheduled.

  2. Client kick-off is completed.

  3. Project Plan is updated with information gained from the client kick-off.

  4. Internal kick-off is scheduled. Marketing reviews the Project Plan to confirm all marketing tasks are included. Design and Marketing both attend so they are familiar with the client.

  5. Internal kick-off is completed.

  6. Project Plan is finalized.

  7. AM compiles a spreadsheet with time estimates by service category (Account Management, Google Ads, Strategy, Design, Development, etc.) as percentages, tied to the finalized Project Plan. This becomes a useful tool if the client wants to change or add services later.

Phase 4

Briefs & Approvals

Scope is documented and approved before work begins

  1. Briefs are developed. The AM assigns them to the appropriate person or pulls from available information in the Project Plan:

  2. Website brief: company info, logo designs, number of pages, etc.

  3. Branding brief.

  4. Marketing brief: number of Google campaigns, number of blogs, social posts per week, campaign duration, etc.

  5. AM sends the brief(s) to the client, if applicable.

  6. Client approves the brief(s), if applicable.

Phase 5

Schedules, Reminders & Launch Handoffs

Recurring rhythms and launch-day tasks are set

  1. AM builds out a monthly schedule for recurring tasks (for marketing accounts).

  2. AM creates a weekly reminder to review all tasks on the account and check the timeline, if applicable.

  3. AM creates a weekly reminder to review and approve time rendered on the account and check budget.

  4. AM creates a daily task to report to the client whenever action has been taken on their account that day.

  5. If hosting: create a task to set up site updates.

  6. If hosting: create a task to notify the billing team when the site launches.

  7. If a website: create tasks to notify the billing team at billing milestones per the contract.

What's Included — and What Isn't

AI Stack: Included. The AI tools we deploy to power your campaigns, reporting, and automation are part of your retainer — no separate bills, no surprise costs.

How We Scope Work: Every retainer includes an allocated block of hours each month. We do what we must within that time to further the reach of your brand — directed toward strategy, execution, or both, wherever it matters most.

Ad Spend: Your advertising budget is paid directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). You control exactly how much you spend, and we optimize every dollar of it.

Why Month-to-Month: We believe in earning your business, not locking you in. Every month, we deliver results that justify your investment. If we don't, you're free to leave. That accountability makes us better.

Enterprise Needs: Organizations requiring a dedicated team, custom AI infrastructure, multi-market support, or board-level reporting can reach out for a custom Enterprise proposal built around their scope.
